Midland recognized as a Top Fleet Employer for the 11th consecutive year
Midland's dedication to high standards in HR policies and practices once again recognized by Trucking HR Canada.
(April 2026 – Ottawa, ON) – Midland is proud to announce that it has been named a Top Fleet Award recipient for the 11th consecutive year by Trucking HR Canada. This recognition further reinforces Midland’s long-standing commitment to excellence in HR policies and practices within the trucking industry.
Trucking HR Canada’s Top Fleet Employers (TFE) program recognized 98 fleets nationwide this year. Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada, noted that the program is designed to highlight outstanding HR best practices and recognize industry leaders. Midland’s ongoing recognition as a Top Fleet Employer reflects its sustained commitment to excellence in skills development, workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, sustainability, community involvement, and progressive HR initiatives.
The TFE program is based on a rigorous review process that evaluates fleets against multiple criteria, including employee feedback. This year’s TFE class represents fleets of all sizes from regions across Canada. Fleets recognized for five, 10, or more years earn Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status. Midland is proud to be among the fleets recognized as Top Fleet Employers of Distinction for 11+ years.
Midland is honoured to receive this prestigious national recognition and remains committed to upholding the highest HR standards in the trucking industry. We are proud of our employees and their dedication to our shared success. Thank you to Trucking HR Canada for this continued recognition, and we look forward to building on this legacy of excellence in the years ahead.
